Final assembly plant and manufacturing of genuine parts for Volkswagen Crafter II is placed in Poznań factory. The production of VW van has started in October 2016. Exterior design of 2016 Crafter refers to Transporter T6 and other VW vehicles. Innovative safety technologies, low drag air coefficient and completly new generation of diesel engines made it possible to receive Van Of The Year 2017 title. Some of changes, comparing to previous generation, are focused on new parts for VW Crafter 2016, such like headlights, radiator grille and streamlined bonnet. The biggest revolution among Crafter II parts was 2.0 TDI engine (EA 288Nutz) available in four power versions: 102 HP, 122 HP, 140 HP and 177 HP.
