Three leaf spring Ford Transit 2014 is a new extended part of the vehicle's suspension, which performs shock absorbing functions. The element consists of 3 spring lags connected to each other - one straight flat bar and two elliptical flat bars. A three-layer spring is used in vans with high loads. The elements is ended with heads, where bushings are placed. The bushings enable a stable mounting of the leaf spring in the delivery van. The main task of the leaf spring is to absorb vibrations generated while driving. The 3 leaf spring is a spring part of the suspension that affects the comfort of driving and the life of other van's components. The three-leaf spring is used in the Ford Transit MK8 and in the facelifted version (MK9).
