One of the first vans in the history of the Renault was Renault Master. The van was presented to the world in 1980. One year later it went into production together with its smaller brother - Renault Traffic. Both Renault models gained quite a large group of fans during their production. Renault Master of the first generation stood out from the competition with an unprecedented design and comfort of travel for which French brands are famous. Renault Master is the direct successor of the Renault Saviem SG3, a light truck from the Saviem factory in France. In addition, Renault Master has been sharing the chassis and body with the Opel Movano, Vauxhall Movano and later the Nissan NV400 since the beginning of the 2nd and 3rd generation of its vans.
