Fuel filter insert Peugeot Boxer HDI 2002 fits all vans produced after 2002. Since 2002 Peugeot Boxer has been produced with four different engines: 2.0 HDI, 2.2 HDI, 2.8 HDI and 3.0 HDI. In fuel there are always some solid particles which may cause malfunction of the fuel system. Fuel filter is used to purify the fuel and prevent the fuel system from being damaged. While replacing the fuel filter it is important to prevent air from getting into the system. The fuel filter comes with the gasket which have to be replaced at the same time as the filter to prevent any leaks. It is recommended to replace the fuel filter after each 30 000 km or sooner.
