Oil filter insert Volkswagen Crafter 2.5 TDI 2006 new
Oil filter cartridge for VW Crafter fits vans with 2.5 TDI engines. The filter insert comes with two rubber o-rings which should be placed in a place of the old gaskets in the oil filter housing. Good tightness of the oil filter base is extremely important to ensure good oil pressure in the engine. Contaminants collected in old oil filter may clog it, which will lead to flow of contaminated oil through the engine. Replacement of the oil filter insert is recommended in the same schedule as replacement of the motor oil. For the 2.5 TDI engines it's best to replace the oil filter every 10,000 kilometers.Dimensions [mm]:
