  • What is the delivery time of ordered parts?

    The average delivery time of ordered parts to Ireland is 4-5 working days (GLS/UPS) and 5 - 7 days for Kuehne + Nagel/Raben.
  • How can I pay for order?

    You can pay for the order via PayPal (card payment) or by using a traditional bank transfer. (Payment Site)
  • Why is delivery so expensive?

    The shipping price depends on the size of ordered parts. It happens that the shipping costs higher than the prices given on the shipping site due to the large size of package. For example, item weight is 0,5 kg but size 1.5 meters. Shipping cost will be higher.
  • Can I call you?

    We don’t have a telephone hotline in English. However, you can contact us via email at Our consultants will answer your questions in detail.
  • What to do when the part doesn’t fit?

    If the ordered part doesn’t fit into your car, please contact the customer service and fill in the return statement contained in the regulations of §9.1 or posted here: Declaration
  • How can you add parts to the order that I have already done?

    Parts can be added to the order by contacting the customer service department - if the package has not yet been sent.
  • What are the shipping costs?

  • Can you give me your phone number?

    We don’t have a telephone helpline in English. We conduct e-mail correspondence with our clients at the address
  • Where is my package?

    o Each parcel can be tracked on the UPS or GLS website. The consignment note number is delivered together with an e-mail informing about the change of the order status to "Sent".
  • Can I pick up parts myself?

    Of course, each ordered item can be picked up in person at the headquarters of the Transit Center located in Pędzewo, Poland at the national road number 80 between Bydgoszcz and Toruń. Directions
  • Where is your company located?

    o Transit Center is located in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Pędzewo, Poland between Toruń and Bydgoszcz.

  • Why is the shipping cost higher than indicated by the weight of the item?

    o The total shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the item. If the item is oversized, the shipping price increases. Additional information on the website Shipping Costs
  • When will I receive the ordered parts?

    The average delivery time via GLS/UPS is 3-5 business days. In case of bigger parcels, delivery is carried by Kuehne + Nagel/Raben with average delivery time for a package is 5 - 7 working days.
  • Is it possible to pay on delivery?

    Unfortunately, in the case of the Irish store, the only payment options are bank transfer or PayPal.
  • How can I return the product?

    To return the ordered product, please contact our customer service office by e-mail and fill in the return statement contained in the regulations of §9.1. Everyone has the right to a 14-day return of the ordered goods without giving a reason.
  • Can I file a complaint?

    You can file a complaint about the ordered products. All you need to do is contact the customer service office and fill out the complaint form contained in the regulations of §10.3.
  • When will the order be shipped?

    The order will be sent the same day if it was placed before 12:00. If the package is large or requires more preparation - the shipping time is extended to one business day.
  • How can I log in?

    You can log in to our store in two ways - the first one is to click on the Log In in the top right corner and enter your login details.

  • Is the product available?

    If you see orange Add to Cart button – it’s mean that product is available. In the absence of a button, we can sign up for a waiting list. When the product is available again you will receive an email notification about it.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    Sure, every order can be canceled. You need to write e-mail to our Sales Manager to make it.
